The e-Tanah system in Malaysia, which facilitates the digital transformation of land administrative matters in the country, will soon be expanded to more states. Malaysia’s Energy and Natural Resources Minister Datuk Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah said the system was proof of the government’s proactive measures to realise its objective to conduct land matters online.
The e-Tanah offers services such as Private Land Search and payment of land taxes online. The system also enables integration with various land-related agencies including the Survey and Mapping Development Department and Malaysia Geospatial Data Infrastructure.
